Mango can be eaten not only as a fruit but also in a variety of ways such as mango pickles, Mango jam, mango ice cream. mango juice. and mango curry. 
This fruit is also important for the healing of various. ailments mango is a fruit that contanins potassium and magnesium. This lowers blood pressure. it also contains vitamin A, C and B vitamins. it can also be referred to as a care for cancer. mango is important for anemia as it contains iron. it also brightens the skin.
