The human  body  needs nutrients such as protein, vitamin, starches, fats, and calcium to survive. to get all these nutrients you needs to have a balanced diet. in order to lead a healthy life. we need to eat at the right them. 

                


    
 
 A light breakfast should be taken for a nutritious breakfast. eat eight types of fruit,fruit drinks. eggs and whole grains. not only but exercise is required. 

             when eating breakfast, we neet to choose the right foods for. our stomachs, when taken without food nutrients, various diseases can arise. 

         eg_ suger, gastric, obesity, cholesterol 
 
              lunch should definitely be a protein rich meal. there should be rice, vegetables of different colors, mallow or salad, meat or fish and variety of other nutritious foods.

        
 But today many people are addicted to shopping for convenience this can lead to the rapid onset of the afromentioned diseoses.we need to have a  balanced lunch for lunch becouse we have been working hard since morning but today many people are engaged in comfortable accupations and have lost their body function as well as their half-life and proper diet. 

           Today dinner is conidered by many people are sick of eating starchy foods such as buns, breds and rice, which are bad the body. dinner requires light meals such as salads and soups.
